just thought id brag a bit
started last week at The Good Guys tville
life is GREAT there better than woolies

anyways after shop is closed free alcohol for staff, last saturday got free tickets to the cowboys Vs. bulldogs game

ive made about 200-300 in commission already (i sell stuff for almost cost price too so im not ripping anyone off), been there for 1 week today but i only work weekends cause of UNI and they are happy with that...

also first person to make 1000 sales in 1 month gets $1000 bonus hehe

so anyways its going very very good so far

EDIT: finally got a job after 6-7 months of applying

Congratulations mate! persistence pays off You gotta love the little bonuses companies throw in hey
Sales is great experience for just about any job out there where you're dealing with people- all the best!
What are you studying OOni?

yeah lol computer science and mech engineering for next year.. good money in those two i hear as well

as for the job yeah 200-300 in commission just got to get all my sales dockets together.. and its $11.45 mon-sat and 18.62 on sundays + bonuses for selling heaps + commission.... - uni textbooks - damn uni fees - fuel - insurance (paid today) - rego (due soon) = no debts but also no money hehe

Well, alteast its no debt down the track! Just dont make my mistake in previous years and fritter it away i went from a Traineeship...17K a year to a Car sales job (Salary+Comm), 50K a year and got 3/4 of the way through the year and didnt even realise where it went...you may not have much now but its worth making a budget still to make the most of what you have That way when your making more, you are in a good rythm already! Living by myself on the otherside of this country is what it took for me to get into line...if you dont budget, you starve.
