Wink speed camera in road work area goodna

hi guys
for those who travel along the ipswitch mwy in goodna. as your heading city bound just befor the shell servo on the left there is 80 km sign with a fixed speed camera on top of it. it could be moved quite easily so driver beware

bout time they did this sort of thing... I got done half asleep thru a construction zone, now i sit on the speed limit, ****************************

yeah i find i get a lot of tail gaters in that section too... if they don't like doing the speed limit.. they can go around... (i'll stay in the left lane)

wish ours was 2 lanes ha ha.... ***** **, coz i've NEVER seen the cops book anyone else in the area...

Would be nice to think this won't turn into yet another safety nazi v revenue raiser type argument that these threads inevitably turn into.
Will give it the benefit of the doubt, & see what happens.

I suspect it is not a speed camera.

The fixed cameras require markings on the road as there is no legislation to cover them otherwise.

sorry if ive started something : but just thought every one should know. i see alot of you guys drive late model cars with accurate speedos but some of us with early models should be aware how inaccurate our speedos can be. it just looks like an unfare way of getting ppl to slow down by hidding the things :.
