Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me install a new pair of springs I've got into my EF? Would be much appreciated as I don't know how to do it safely myself. Located in Mt Waverley, SE Melbourne. Cheers, Matt

piece of cake then, you dont need spring compressors, just a backyard to release the old springs in.
what day are you thinking of doing them.

it's no where near as bad as people think letting the nut pop off, i found the best way was just to get it close to the end of the thread, then throw a blanket over it and keep going till it pops off, too easy!
Good luck with it guys, I would offer to help but i'm lazy and can't even be bothered working on my own car these days. :P |

As the thread title asks, helping hands are available from Bunnings and look like this, don't know if they can change springs though. J/K.
