Can hear it vibrating when at idle. Should I be worried? Will this cause any issues apart from slightly annoying me when I'm sitting still?

In a word......no.
But I'd start putting your pocket change aside to replace it because if you're anything like me one day it'll get the better of you and you'll have an overwhelming urge to rip it off the car and club it to death,  Bushbasher
