Default wanted: space to work on my car in adelaide

hi
i was wondering if anyone know of a shed or owns a shed that i can strip my car (cordia) down in. i have all my own tools etc and am willing to pay rent. power is a nice to have but not a need to have. i live out port adeladie way so anything withn 40 mins of there would be a bonus.
i work weekdays so i will mainly be there weekends and public holidays.
PM / reply and i will see if we can work out a deal.
ideas for where to ask would also be good
cheers
s-bruce
