I have been thinking of fitting wireless transmitting tyre pressure monitor valve caps to my car.
I would be interested if anyone here has fitted them, how accurate they found them to be and what brand they recommend. Also once fitted, does it make topping up with air a hassle? Thanks |

We have Safety T tyre monitors fitted to our forklifts at work, after experiencing these I would never use aftermarket valve fitting sensors as they are PIA, sometimes slow leaks if you don't fit them properly and the monitor needs re-calibration every time you check air pressures.

I have tpms on one of my cars, very useful, especially if you have a slow leak. Fantastic on the track and they seem pretty accurate, not sure on brand as factory fitted.
