Default how to clean to window tint

just wondering what the best thing is to clean it ?

Just wipe it down with a damp cloth they say.

Screw that I still use windex. Got a lifetime guarantee!!

I cant wash mine yet for 21 Days, I can't open the windows either until sometime this arvo, as its only brand new tint.

Good thread! I was just about to ask these questions. Oh and by the way, how imperative is it that I wait 21 days before washing the inside of the winodws. The tinte guy has left squeegee and water marks all on the inside of the window and i want to get it off!!!

I was told about 14 days.... but diff tint i guess it diff.... Any pics or the colorado red with tint?!?!

I bought a can of stuff at the local markets for cleaning my sunglasses, it's called Plexus. On the can it says that it's suitable for cleaning plastics including window tint. If anyone's interested in it send me a message.
No, I'm not the guy selling it at the markets either

According to the Tint Professor the best way to clean tinted windows is with Metho and water 20/80 water mix and a soft cloth

I got a bottle of stuff from the dealers when I got mine tinted, when that runs out I think I'll try the Metho, sounds good.

Guys they don't have the Tint Professor in Sydney, just here in Melb, so that's a genuine question!!

Teki, Tint Professor is a company down here that does cheap tint, they're well known.

There is a product bought out by FIFTH DIMENSION called WINDOW TINT CLEANER that has been specially developed for use on tinted windows ( I recieved one with a car care pack )

I use the Meguiars Window Cleaner. Works very well.

yet to find any product out there that works better
