are there any other strong transmissions that are easily fitted to my EL fairmont cuz mine is stuffed? i wanted something a bit stronger than the stock if possible....was also thinkin of manual now as well if i need a new trans :

id go for a 6 speed manual out of a BF Falcon, if not than a 5 speed would be the next best thing.

i wanna sepnd no more than $2000 roughly for a better gearbox, would a six speed auto go into mine though from BF?

take you box to Keas Auto's get them to rebulid it strenghten and shift kit kevler bands etc

buy a wrx there gearboxes are insane... my boss has 180awkw in his STi and it just loves it can go low 200's without even touching it
