Hey guys I've picked up some castrol vmx80 to service the car tomorrow for the gearbox. Castrol specifies this oil on there website just want to make sure it's ok?

I did run redline shockproof gear oil in my 200kw ute gearbox ...did think it ran better than it did on the stock oil ...but was awhile ago

I've run Transmax Z and VMX 80 in my AUIII XR8 transmission. THe VMX80 was noticeably more difficult to shift when cold but when hot was fine.
