Default Need Some Info

Hi all - I need some info on management at Thomson Ford in Parramatta, New South Wales. I had a brake service done and I don't believe that it was done right and to the procedures listed in the Falcon/Fairmont service manual. The burning smell and noise from the rear brakes still persists and in fact I know it wasn't done. The reason I know it wasn't done is because the wheels have locknuts on and I had the key !!

I did not realise when I picked up the car that the wheels had to be removed to do the job properly - didn't have a service manual then :

To make a long story short I need to know the Dealer Principal's name and also the Service Manager's name at Thomson Ford. Anyone know
