Been to ford and they said there is no such clip, can anyone with an au v8 manual confirm if a clip holds the cable onto the bellhousing?

the Parts Catalogue doesn't have the the same drawing as the Work Shop Manual drawing

There is a 2 clips listed, but not sure as the MICROCAT Pic is terrible - doesn't show where they go

Part Number's are 382931S (thats "S" for Sam and not the the number 5) and EA 7B617 A

clip is very simular to the retaining clip used on caliper flexible brake hoses

Same V8 clutch cable used as far back as EB Series 2

I found a couple of usa references to that number and a rough pic but its not the one im after, thanks for trying!
Its looks and sounds like a hose routing clip, almost like a p clamp type of thing.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/GENUINE-F...0AAOSwo0JWIBBd

I thought it looked exactly like one of those clips for brake hoses or one of these ebay ones would work if they are the correct size.
Ill measure the cable slot tomorrow and go hunting!
I found a few posts about mustang guys running without them but id rather have one fitted personally.

The V860004-S2 (the ones on ebay won't fit , to small and to thick for the groove) - but the brake pipe lock clip (front one EA to AU) fits perfect , now the T3 with the Tremec doesn't have a clip, doesn't need it - give me a call or txt on the mob number i pm'd to u and i can send some photos
