How stupid bunch of cops so where fire extinguisher ??? did have they carry one in their burning Kia as i don't think so Did Police Dept did compiled law rule ?? it all under

From all reports the fire took hold from the engine bay very quickly. No point in trying to use an extinguisher on that. Besides, the car had live ammunition in it.

It's also very hard work deciphering your post.
