Great news for people who have cars they rarely use.I have been suggesting for years that it would be fairer if we paid say $600-800 per year licence fee and a couple of dollars for rego plates and admin.Licence fee would cover CPI Ins etc.Doesn't matter how many cars you have you can only drive one at any time
