Default November cruise ??

with no cruise last month i thought i'd put together a bit of a route for consideration.

Details:
starting at ford HQ in campbellfield, 10:00 meet for a 10:30 leave head via kinglake to yea where we can stop for some food (dont' know where), from here go via seymour & tooborac to lancefield, stop for refreshments. continue via mt macedon & riddells ck to sunbury, the final stop, here it's easy for everyone to to find a way home.

http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=d&s...,0.550003&z=11
possable date, either 23rd or 30th nov.

what does everyone think

Haven't taken out the beast on a long haul since the last one. Looking forward to this one and hopefully the weather holds out.

Sorry to hijack, but GOR sounds like a good idea. How about 27/28 DEC. Alot of people tend to have a break between Chrissie and New Years.

Well i changed the rear springs today over to the bigger and taller ones. So I shouldn't be bottoming out over large bumps tomorrow. I will try and get them reset next week.
See you all there.

i just got home after a really good day of driving. the ute wasnt really up to the task of all the hills but it hung on after the fuel light coming on for lpg and petrol. the club has some really nice cars at the moment and the club as a whole is stepping up with the quality and speed of our cars.

thanks to the organisers who made the day run very well

matt

P.S- i just wanted to appoligise for being late and stuffing everyone around with the meet points i feel like a bit of a dick.

Top day, what can I say that first ORSM cruise was fantastic! Now all I need is a brake upgrade, set of wheels, lowered and a much longer list if my car is to stick 2 the road

Thanks once again for a fantastic day and perfect weather for it.

matt, don't stress over it, the main thing is you made it & enjoyed it.

john, glad you enjoyed it & you wern't overawed. now you know what to expect you'll be better off for the next 1, as for your car some springs & swaybars will transform it

Yes it turned out be a fantastic day for it. The roads and views along the way were gorgeous. I have personally never been through those roads or towns. And thanks for the fun drive. I will try to go for that drive again and stop at a few of the sites to really take it in. Thanks Ron for organising the route.
