Default Valve Caps

Last week end some litttle b>stards knocked off my valve caps. I was really P!SSED when I noticed they where gone. So I went and purchased some more chromies. Well tonight I took my wife and three lads to McDonalds for tea before a night at the pictures. We where sitting there eating tea and there was a couple of lads riding scooters in the car park. My wife thought they where the lads that where hanging around our car last week when the valve caps got knocked off. I thought I'd give them the benifit of the doubt and said nothing. Well about 10mninutes later the two walked over to my car and bent down and tried to knock off my valve caps again. I can say I was quite WILD and yell at them top note and they both bolted. Once they where along way away from us they started hearling abuse but quickly stopped when I turned to charge them. Luckly we where there and they didn't get them this time but I know next time I park the car they will get them again out of spite.
Is there any way to secure them so they stay there?I thought of lock tight but then I won't get them off again.
Sorry for the rant I just needed to vent my anger.

i got some silver valve caps from Repco that have little looking screws in them, the cost under $10 from memory.

I suppose you mean motorised scooters, don't they have rubber tyres on them that need air in them to ride?
Maybe wait till they get off and get some revenge.
Or lay on the back seat and have a mate watching with a mobile to text you and when they bend down to get the rear caps suddenly open the door, ouch.
