From that other un-intelligible post. Ford recently showed of a press video of an experiment by their Ford branch in the UK. They took out the 1.6L four-pot, and put in the new 1.0L EcoBoost engine. Then they tuned it up over 200HP.

I've always dreamed of having a car like this as a daily, Its hard to think they got so much power out of a little 1.0L donk.

This is a pretty cool little car, its ashame it will probably never happen.
Big power from small motor is nothing new though. Back in 1980 Zakspeed were getting 450-460 hp from a 1.4L ford motor. http://racing65.com/history.html |
