hi guys,
wow been a while since ive posted on here. anyway. here is my problem. my left rear blinker in my 06 focus hatch wont work. so i eliminated the bulb as a problem, because the bulb from opposite side works in the socket fine. i then switched the sockets over and the one from the right side works fine in left side. so ive come to the conclusion that it is the actual globe socket. does anyone know where to buy these apart from ford? supercheap and autobarn dont have them. sorta need it asap. thanks guys |

I had the same problem with mine.
Here is a pic of the part at fault with mine (click on image for larger version) image I just went to Ford, because most wreckers have never herd of a focus, despite claming to stock parts for all makes & models. The amout of time stuffing around trying to find one, & most wreckers will only sell the whole tail light assembly most are between $50 & $100, its easier to go to Ford. A dealer can order one in, usually 1-2 days Here are the part details: Rear Blinker Bulb Holder, Part # FO- 4M5A 13K370 I got charged $28.55 from Clancy Ford, Bathurst |

Let me know if you need it, or anyone else for that matter. I fiiiiiiiiinaaaaalllllly got a zetec rear bumper, yay! (and that flip down thingy near the ciggy lighter. Am happy as a pig in S&*t)

Same (recent) problem with my MK1 although it's a tail-light that keeps blowing. Was told (also by Sinclair's) that it's a more common problem with he MKII's but does occur with the MK1. Part should be in soon.
