Thumbs up Huge Thanks To Darren @ Di Filippo

What can I say but wow and Thanks...!

The exhaust on my ute had had enough.

The centre Muffler had lost all its guts and the baffel had come a drift ect.

So i gave Di Filippo a call and they said, "Bring it over as they have a 5 year warranty", and I thought my system was about 4 years old.

It turnned out my system was nearly 6 years old, (Doesn't time fly when your having fun), anyway they pulled it all apart and rebuilt the muffler with all new guts, then they said, "We will check the rear one too since you came all this way."

Yep that was stuffed too, so they rebuilt that one too.

I was there for a good 3 hours.

Go to find out what the damage is $$$$ wise.

Answer ????

No Charge.

I nearly fell over... Im what???
Huh what speachless.
I didnt mind paying as it was well out of warranty and took 3 hours.

I even grabbed a 50 out of my wallet and said go buy ya selfs a slab or something.

Darren says, " Nah we dont drink, Keep your money"

I still cant belive it,

What an unbelivable Bloke.

I cant prasie him and his organisation or thank them enough...

Im an even bigger fan now and always will be...

Thats what I call number one for service.

Thanks Heaps...

I just had to share this with you all.

Kev.

Good stuff kev, restores faith in a persons common decency. What a score, a lot of workshops would have charged like wounded bulls to do that job!!!

I guess we all know where to buy our exhausts now.

I had a Di Filippo system on one of my cars and it was great, although I purchased it though Herrod.

Smart man, might loose a couple of $$ by not charging you, but word of mouth quickly makes up for that and then a lot more

He told me he believes in his product and will always look after his customers as best he can.

Bloody fantastic effort in anyones book.

Their product is well proven and as far as Im concerned so is their customer service.

A bloody long drive from Koo Wee Rup thats for sure but was really worth the trip.

That was probably Charlie, he raced them before Darren.

Hopefully they get a home track to race it on the next few years as well!
