Hi
I just saw your Kenne Bell kit for FGs. What would be the drive in drive out price please for one of these fitted and tuned? IS there any real advantage/disadvantage of doing this rather than trading in on a newer Coyote which is the same body as I've already got. Regards Geoff |

The complete kit supplied and fitted is on or around $16500. This is an all encompassing price, which includes the twin bore throttle body, injectors, CAI, BPR Kenne Bell kit, XCAL3 and dyno tuning. If the car already has some or part of the above, this would be reflected in the price. Chris

Thanks Chris
I spoke with Theo this afternoon about it too. Just looking into some cash juggling and hope to do this soon. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the BOSS 5.4L isn't the piece of ***** that some on this forum seem to believe and will not forever be in the shadow of the coyotes. Cheers Geoff |

Thats right geoff.. 400kw in a coyote and 400kw in a 5.4 are totally different. The 5.4 S/C is way more torque over the 5.0 S/C for the same boost..

there are many differences car to car, and the prices we give out are obviously a general price. Some people already have an airbox Some people already have a flash tune Some people have a vortech and have already have 2 bar setup and just need minimal componentry. Some people also have issues with their car which lend it to being a more time consuming job in terms of tuning, i know in your instance tuning a vehicle with try y headers is for us anyway a little more difficult and time hungry, also please bear in mind that there is at least 2-3 hundred smackers in freight between Mexico and the Australian Retirement Village (QLD) I have had a chat with my main man in SE QLD this morning, and considering the Vortech De install, Phantom you have been very well looked after, a car such as yours in and out of our shop is potentially an 18k job. I am sorry guys for not being clearer in by earlier post, but it does stand to reason that different cars will have differing nuances that will alter the price. Chris

Thanks for clearing that up Chris.
Anyways the car will be back to that shop for another motor to go in within the next couple of months hopefully so I can get some more power out of it. I was extremely happy with the install quailty and the turn around time and the phone calls I was getting over the couple of days of the install. Just out of curiosity what would it cost me for the twin throttle body's, the kenne bell boost a pump and a spare belt. Thanks Daniel

Doesn't matter if it has 1million NM more than a 5.0, nothing is more valuable than shredding weight from the front of these cars that the 5.0 has done. That improves all quality/aspect of the driving experiance of the car. |

Being in an AU (as you can appreciate) it drives ok too Coyote's are a good thing, but right now, a properly setup Mod is still better I reckon. Daniel |
