Default please help me

I know this isnt a holden forum but the missus has one which she had before we met. I now have to change the harmonic balancer on it. I am wondering if anyone has done this maybe on a mates car or they are a mechanic?? It is an auto which means i have to remove the torque converter cover so i can lock the crank shaft so i can undo the bolt on the front of the balancer. I am wondering if there is another way to do this?? any help would be very appreciated. my email is matt_sykes_1980@hotmail.com if you could contact me there would be great.

Regards

Matt.

problem solved a bit dodgy but work fine. used a long arm bar and socket put on nut and rest on chassis and crank engine dont start it just crank it. Took about 10 secs but make sure you have good quality stuff and no one is standing around if something goes wrong.
