Default auxr8 coil pack installation

Sorry guys, have exhausted all the usual how to threads but I can't locate anything on how to install coils packs and an ignition coil to a AU XR8 series 2, 220 kw motor.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Thanks AUIIPURSUIT - thought it was relatively simple, but didn't know if there were any special tools required.

Ignition coil is the same process ?

FTe 342 - that's what I thought - the two error codes showing were

1) - cam sensors

2) - ignition coil.

So, if that's the case - should be easy peezy - thanks for the replies.

very simple mate.. no special tools.. just get the cylinder numbers written down so the firing order is correct.

As easy as for and EF Falcon. So much easier done from underneath the car or above by someone with long thin fingers and the air cleaner box and associated air inlet ducting removed. Make sure you reconnect the wiring for the adjacent suppressor capacitor as it also supplies a required earth for the ignition system. Worth looking to extending the associated low tension wiring and relocating the coil pack to somewhere more easily accessible (fender, firewall or on top of the inlet manifold) at the same time perhaps using this as a starting point : https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/15286083...Bk9SR760rNyQYw
