Question Opinions on black or silver Mags?

I am looking at gettin some slightly bigger mag wheels for my Au1, i currently have SL's Springs in the back and SSL in the front and am looking for 19" mags to fill the guards a lil more that my nicly scratched up 18's haha.

My car is white as in photo and im looking at the BF F6 Typhoon Mags but cant decide on Black or Silver on which would suit my car more? i looking for just opinions and comments to help me make up my mind. I have posted a photo of my car and both coloured mags as well

Thanks Heaps for all feedback

Whilst black is suposedly in as well at the moment I reckon the chrome look would suit yours

Black on white looks tough. Gold on white looks really classy. Silver is very "ho-hum" on white IMO.

PS ... and if you want to use chrome then you will have to find some 12 slotters LOL.

i vote for silver
why not go to bob jane site i think you can have pic of an AU and put different rims on it that way you can see what black rims look like?
or maybe even fpv site just imagine you have F6 and put the optional rims on it?

Silver for mine, though either will look sensational. There's a pic somewhere of a white AU with 19" FPV rims on it, I think they were machined rather than painted, but looked awesome. I think sometimes the black tends to make the detail of the wheel get lost a little bit. Something about those black 'replicas' makes them look cheaper than the silver ones too I reckon, maybe the paint match isn't as good to the original?

Go the silver ones mate. Black wheels on the XR's look alright, but IMO it wouldn't suit the standard bodykit.

I like either colour. Black will stand out more against the white. As they say, once you go black, you never go back

i prefer black wheels on a white car it would look good as would chrome wheels on a black car.

i have a set of f6 typhoon rims for sale if you are interested. they are not black but dark grey ones. i think they are standard on the fg typhoon.
