Default Festiva Factory Alloys - Any problems??

Hi All, posting on behalf of a friend of a friend who owns a Festiva. Apparently her factory alloy(s) (not sure if it's just one or many) have buckled and she swears that she hasn't been near any gutters, potholes etc.

Anyone know if this is a known problem for the Festies?

Cheers.

Brett

Perhaps you mean FIESTA.

The Factory alloys on a FESTIVA were 14x5.5 inch ROH branded items. I did 200,000km on them and all still spin true, bar the one that has a very slight shake after hitting a join between dirt and tar in a road a little too fast.

If it's a Fiesta, Festiva is an older model from the Ford range which was actually a rebadged Kia, then I can offer some help. Many people in the Uk are complaining about the quality of the Fiesta rims, saying they are brittle and can not withstand major bumps. I haven't has an issue however, on my MK6 or MK7 Fiesta.

Ah OK, confusion reigns. I'll find out for sure, most likely it is a Fiesta if it is only 18 months old then. Thanks guys.
