Default Ford Taurus vs wrecking ball

Wrecking Ball wins!

From the SMH website: Great ball of destruction

Quote:
Motorists were lucky to survive after a 560 kilogram wrecking ball broke loose from a crane and slammed into numerous cars.

The incident in Meadville, Pennsylvania yesterday saw the huge ball fly off a crane on the campus of Allegheny College and roll down North Main Street like a monster pinball.

It came to a crunching stop after slamming into the back of a Ford Taurus.

The driver of the car was stretchered away and two other people were also taken for medical treatment, police said.

Tight fit, looks seamlessly intergrated with the shape of the car.

It's a Taurus, it'd be a waste of polish.

There's a new sales pitch....
P76 can take a 44 gallon drum in the boot,
Taurus can take a wrecking ball.....beat that Chrysler...haha.

a car that no1 liked in the first place does it really affect the looks of the car in a good way...i mean..it does say somethin for the structural integrety of the car.....stronger than it looks....might still be salvageable

I recon that Wrecking Ball hunted the Taurus down once it was free of its chain constraints...

Ok enough of the Taurus bashing, whilst not being the most attractive car ever designed it is still better than a Magna or Camry of the same era. If any of you ever driven one you will find the V6 just magic, the ride better than most cars, an interior with all the fruit and a price 2nd hand that will have you forget about the styling pretty quickly.

Do you ever see or hear anyone bagging the way the car drives or how they're spec'd up? There's no difference between choosing to own a Taurus or owning a car with a hideous colour (Cinnamon Falcon).
