Bah, with some work I think U could get a set of 22s under there!!
Seriously, insurance will let U go only 1 inch wider than stock but any height, so 6.5in wide is the max....but if U dont care about insurance then U can get 19s. |

its usualy 1" wider and 2" bigger than the standard rims size avalible on the car
are the steel rims you get 14" or 15" on the fez if they are 15 then you can get 17" legaly now you can fit bigger wheels in there but depends on what you want to do |

Well, i know with NRMA that when i went up an inch, they didnt care, they were just worried about width. You could have 20inch, so long as its not wider then they ask. But obviously, you cant get 20 inch with like 195 width

i know this is serious thread mining
but according to the RTA here in NSW http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registrati...i/vsi_dl1.html you can only increase the rolling radius by 15mm from what the largest combination is listed on the tyre placard now on my fiesta, which should be the same as your fiesta's, the largest combination is a 17x7 with 205/40R17 which gives a rolling radius of 595.8mm which means you can go up to 610.8mm in rolling radius, which includes some of the following combinations 215/35R18 and most importantly 205/30R19 if you could find tyres and rims in that size in regards to width, your rim cannot be more than 1" wider than the largest rim on the tyre placard, so you can have an 8" rim and your track cannot be increased by more than 1" which has to do with the offset and rim width hope that sorts some issues out for people and that black fiesta has got the damm rims that i want, ozzy racing RS GT's grrr |

The tyre placards biggest combination lists the biggest rim that Ford sells with that vehicle. What Fiesta in Australia comes with 17s standard? None that I know of? I would have thought the biggest tyre size on Aus specific Fiestas should be 16 inch but if it isn't, then it must be a carry over from Germany.
(I know the car is German and therefore is not written to Aus specs for anyone who thinks pointing that out is worth their time, this is a different question) Tim |

You'd be legally ok if only 15s were listed on the placard and you had 17 inch rims on... it's all good.
