Festiva looks like PCD 4 x 100 rims with 45mm offset rims:
https://www.hyperdrive.co.nz/pages/fitment Ford Fiestas built in Malaysia after around 2011 also have PCD 100 wheels. They need to have VINS starting with MNB I think - anything with a VIN starting WF0 (Prior to 2011 or the ST's) will have PCD 4 x 108. But that list in the link should also tell you what other 4 x 100 rims might work for you. Like some early 2000 Mini Cooper rims perhaps? Searching 4 x 100 gave me over 700 hits! Lukeyson
