Question How Long Have You Had Your License?

Simple poll but interesting, you can't drive without one......
So, how long have you had your full drivers license for?

Sorry mate....it took a little longer than I expected. I'm coming up to 8 years in full and 10 on the road.

Nothing beats the first time you're on the road, something most of us take for granted I feel. Manual vs auto debates, turbos vs V8, eh, meant nothing back than to me at all. All I remember is the freedom of my first drive alone....what a feeling, oh, what a feeling. Second to losing the BIG V IMO. :

I read the poll wrong. Beer will do that and hence I voted wrong :

I have had my open licence for 3 months but have been driving for nearly 5 years.

I couldn't vote as you missed the particular option I would fall into :

I have been driving (on full licence) for almost 20 years (will be 20 years in July)

Exclamation

There was a 97? year old lady here some years back who had her license for over 75 years and she was still driving, I kid you not. To make it even more unreal, it was a stick shift. : That is one hell of a lady!!!

Though, I wouldn't like to be behind and/or in front of her!!
