G'day everyone,
Now that we have all made it back from Kiwanis with plenty of grass in our babies, the next club event is this weekend. We are having a display as part of the Westernport Festival in Hastings. We are meeting at Bunnings Keysborough - be there by 9am. We will head down together and be part of a great family festival. The jetboats are back on the agenda, and there's a kids animal farm, face painting, rides etc...... All the details are on the club website. Cheers,

We went, we saw, and we won two trophies!
There were plenty of gorgeous cars- quite a few hot rods, studebakers, chev's, and of course Fords. Michael in his XC took out 4 awards including best overall- you will have all seen it at Kiwanis etc- green with rego GRIEF. Speaking of Michael's, congratulations to Mick G who was Runner up for Best Sedan (to the other Michael), and to our fabulous club who took out the Top Particpating Club award. We have a good half dozen new members come along for their first outing, and with 25 odd cars it looked great. Roland brought along his race car as well as the BA, and MOTIV8 figured the fuel companies haven't made enough profit this week, so dusted off the XD. This was thanks to Keith who took Motiv8's ute and the club trailer. GBG's and MOTIV8's cars - out of the garage but still playing together Cookie's kids enjoying the reptile show, we saw Cookie stay well away from them
