Yeh I worked there.... As a security guard. This is a few yrs back. This really threw me back as some night spots in Kings X had less intense security the this place. Speaking with a few senior guards their they were telling me some interesting stuff went on there...

I've seen much younger children in there with parents, so I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed in. I stood with my Dad while he bid on my car for me (I was 21 at the time, but I didn't look it).
Only once did we go looking and Dad was patted down by security, in case he had tools on him. I had an equally bulky jacket on, and I was waved right on through. I couldn't help but point out to the guard that I know how to use screwdrivers and pliers too, but he didn't think I would have been trying to knock stuff off.

Definitely allowed in, with parents at least as far as I know, at least it was so the last time I went, in about 05. I went with my parents and 4 1/2 y.o. sister when I was 7 1/2 y.o. That very day we left with a 50,000km 2 year old AUII Futura wagon, with a factory silver roo bar and HD suspension in the rear, previously used as a Transport Inspector vehicle by the WA Dept. of Trans.
Went again a couple years later when Dad was looking for an upgrade from the EAII wagon... no buys that time though. |
