Hi all, after allot of research i have found myself fairly keen on grabbing myself a streetburner manifold from summit racing, just wondering if anyone else has one of these and any dramas or issues they had fitting them up, i want to educate myself fully before i order it so i can make sure i get all the bits required, thanks in advance

Honestly I don't think that the performance gain you will get is worth the expense of firefighting one of these in. Compared to the Explorer intake you have now I doubt you would see any major gain in horsepower.

I need to open up the intake to match my heads, I have 200cc roush/world sr's on it, the cost isn't actually that bad, landed for about 640, plus I want some other bits that I will probably put in with it

What throttlebody are you planning on running?
Also, if you are using aftermarket valve covers, factor in a phenolic spacer for the manifold as the throttle linkage fowled my Ford Morotsport covers..

I have a tickford 70mm throttle body, i also already run a spacer on my factory manifold and was fairly set on the idea of putting the 3/8 spacer in, you can get 1" as well but im thinking that would put it all to high under the bonnet?

I had no issues with bonnet clearance, but mine was machined flat.. I am fairly sure there's a fair bit of room to play with there..

It was a 1/2, but is sold so no pics of the spacer itself, buy it and gaskets from summit..
