Hey everyone, my new/old AU XR8 had a smash with a big kangaroo on the weekend, smashed the front bumper up and ripped out guards from front wheels and everything.... It was on the highway and i hit it doing like 110km/h
One question, infront of the front left wheel is a little black box connected to like a little breather hose, lights and some cords that go to the engine.... Does anyone know wat this little black box is? Anyhelp would be great! |

Sounds like the carbon canister. Its part of the emissions control gear.

Ok thanks, whats inside it? One side of the box got smashed and theres a big hole in it.... I'm worried cos now theres nothing in that side of the box where the hole is, i think something fell out, anyone know wat it could be? I found a spring hangin out of it....
