Hello! I have been reading these forums for a while now and last Thursday I picked up a used Mondeo TDCI hatch (in blue ambition). The car is great and I love everything about it.
What I was hoping to ask was for a list (hopefully short) of things I should keep my eye on and things that I should be able to get fixed under warranty. Things that seem to have come up a bit is the whole water in the hatch issue. I know some of you were close to a fix from ford, I would be keen to find out what it is as my car is a july 07 build so it is unlikely that it has been fixed. The other is the distance to empty reading, I read that some people had faulty gauges and ran out of fuel? Is this likely to be an issue in my car? I think there has been a few other things like the Air Con (mine seems pretty good so far), flashing the dash firmware etc. Any help would be much appreciated! |

MY door wells fill with water when car gets wet, washes your feet when you open the door.
My door trims rattle, especially they "sing along" if the stereo is turned up loud. My rear washer spray cleans back of car but misses the window. |
