: I recently bought (my first car) a 1994 AY TX5 Ghia, with a 5sp man 4cyl fuel injected motor. Heaps of stuff on my car can be found on this site a friend wipped up for me (excuse the bad photo of me on the front page!)
http://web.mac.com/inthatribe/ Im looking for some ideas for the car, some cool things you can do, just to make it original, I wanna personalise it but just dont know what to do. Also im going to get some new mags for it, but dont know the offset or bore (but i dont think that realy matters), i think the ratio is 5/114.3. Also do these telstars have an automatic aerial (think i spelt that right) because i cant get mine to go up, manually, and it does not go up automatically... cheers Last edited by inthatribe; 18-01-2007 at 11:58 PM. |

Yes probably the best brand for after market aerials based on what you have described would be the viagra brand of aerial's, Should be able to ask at Dick Smiths , you will need to describe the problem as above then tell them the brand you need and all should be good. :eclipsee_ |

with the aerial, the current head unit i know does not support the automatic aerial, but the one going in does... and i was more wondering if anyone knows if the car has an automatic aerial in it already... because i cant seem to get it up manually, i got it down a tiny bit and when it moved it seemed to do it like at a pace, kind of when you push a motor a bit it keeps spinning a bit, but where as if it was manual, the metal and friction would make it stop immediently.
in reagrds to the body kit dirghty hands, ive had a real good look around but can seem to only find one and it looks like it should be on a silvia or something, so square, does not suit the curves of the car |
