Is there anybody in Melbourne with a good eye and is familiar with the AU Fairlane who would be able to go and check out a car for me in the next couple of weeks?...... for a small consideration of coarse. It's a private seller vehicle and I'd be particularly interested in the state of the suspension bushes, especially in the rear. I guess if the tyres are half worn and not scrubbing out in any way that would probably be a good indication but I'm not sure on the state of the tyres as yet.
Cheers Bushbasher

Actually our local Ford dealer has one on the lot now, a bit pricey though at $7,990

Kristo, you're a legend, if anyone knows our beloved Fairlanes it would have to be you.
The car is in Parkville, wherever that is. According to google maps, not too far from the CBD.
