Can anyone tell me if the fuel pump in a 1997 Diahatsu Pyzar can be replaced without dropping the fuel tank out?

I used to work at a Diahatsu dealer. Cant say these cars were very common. I cant really remember to be honest but your best bet is to look under the rear seat to see if there is a removable panel. Im guessing its tank out though.
