Good part with them is you don't need to change the front tyres to crossplys...

Rob Bertollachi in his XB Coupe streeter has run 9.4's on 7 cylinders on them, from memory Shane Greenberg in the XD streeter has run 9's on them too. Don't know what pressures though

Dout you'll be leaving at 6000 with any success, stanger things have happened though,if the chassis works real well maybe,I couldnt even side step at 3000 without smoking them, best way for me was a heap of revs but riding the clutch out and not shock loading them..

yes well there nugget we will see,,,were makeing more power now with this new engine so it going to be fun,,,

the car hooked up pretty hard with the last engine combo with 26*10*15 MT sliks running 11.40,s with 6000+rpm launches,,,

the caltraks and 90,10,s help alot ,,,i think it,s going to be in the tyre pressures to get the ET,s to hook up with the new combo,,

Defiantly Mickey Thompson Drag Radials, George is an M/T dealer.
Car was driven to the track and raced 100% the same way as it’s streeted.
Look out he is fitting a turbo to it, time for some really big H/P.

Keep in mind the worlds stickiest tyre, will not patch up a bad suspension setup.
if the suspension does not transfer the weight on to the tyres, then they will not grip. a softer tyre ( full slick) will help more, however it is just a patch, fixing the suspension will help the most. also you may find fixing the suspension and going back to a radial, will result in a quicker ET.
