Chris was racing a citric xr8 with someone else 14.2
i seen Kodar there remember ITSOVR they were all running low 14's.
Rodderz OFR needs to hire yourself and Jeff out, to launch theses manuals on street tyres.
i know Jeff's Best 60 footer on real street tyres is 1.8#..
what is yours? dont include the time you used nitto's...

Looking through my past times I have a 2.06 60' on the dunlop sp9000's, that was a while back, and must have stuffed the gear change as the time was a mid 14

But the other 13.51 I got had a 2.11 60' on the dunlops

When i upgrade the tyres i'm on now I will keep the best 2 dunlops and use them up at heathcote...some blokes have got great times with near-bald street tyres and it saves the new ones from getting trashed

The biggest problem I found with the nitto's in the very few runs i got with them is that you have to really re-adjust. I found myself too cautious at 1st till you realise how much grip they do have, then bogging down from dumping the clutch too soon. Would be interested in trying them again though to try some more
