Default FG Hearse- England

Hi,
I don't know how to post pictures so anyone more clever than me, please do so.
The attached link has a photo of an FG Fairmont Hearse conversion, done badly, in England. I wonder how that whole process happened.

When I first saw the photo, I immediately registered that it was an FG Hearse, and I then subconsciously concluded that this was an Australian funeral. Then i thought we don't wear green scrubs routinely and I noticed the number plate and I what WTF.
