Exclamation tension settings for 86 telstar

hi i have just changed the motor in my telstar after dropping a valve and doing some serious damage to the bottom end so a new motor was the only choice atm

im using a fe motor out of a mazda 626 88 model i think. but all the accessories lineup and so does the bellhousing and its all identical

what i need to know is the tension wrench settings dont say up tight cos that aint good enough

all the engine mounts and the gearbox settings
manual flywheel bolts
clutch bolts
belhousing bolts
starter bolts
bracket that holds the driveshaft to the block on the drivers side
air con\alternator bracket bolts
(both of mine live on the front next to the radiator)
