The US variant will come with a specially designed body kit, the uses the same rear skirt as our Zetec models (I'd assume), a revised front bar and a side skirt that looks much like the one on my 3-Door. As they will only sell the 5-Door Fiesta and Fiesta Sedan in the US, it seems you guys with a 5-Door will finally be able to spec up your car. As the US has slightly different colours, I suppose you'd have to order these unpainted and then get them touched up here. See the site below, as these guys are making it but as the Fiesta hasn't been launched yet there, it's not on their website. http://www.3dcarbon.com/

As i remember, the US Fiesta front is completely redesigned to comply with US regulations and shares almost no body panels with the UK MK7 fiesta or the australian WT (should be the same UK/AU no?).
They redesigned it to look no different but everything's a little off yea? Which may be difficult if we buy a US front air dam or them little chrome "fog lamp hole cover thingymajigs" |

You might find that the measurements for the side skirts are the same as models released in Aus/UK but as Caydus says the front end is totally different with smaller lower front air dam and different upper front grill and different shape front bumper.
Costs for flying parts out from US are astronomical, when looking at rear spoilers they were costing between $85 - $150 each but postage started at $400+.......... will need to see if someone in Aus will be bringing stuff out in bulk or look to other places. My rear spoiler came from China and post was US$50 and arrived in great condition. China also has the sedan as well as hatch............
