Wednesday night Race 4 Real off-street meets continue to be one of the most popular events on the Sydney Dragway calendar and it’s quite easy to see why!
Here are some great performances from last week’s Race 4 Real at Sydney Dragway. Top Holden of the Week  The VL SS Group A SV, or ‘Walky’ for short is one of the most recognizable cars to come out of the HSV stable, this silver bullet backed up its aggressive looks with a 12.62 @ 114.1MPH to boot. Top Ford of the Week  Australian muscle doesn’t get much tougher than this XA falcon GT, representing the blue oval this vehicle crossed the line for a 12.22 @ 110.4MPH and taking out our top ford this week. Top Japanese of the Week  A rare sighting of the Honda S2000 outside the circuit, the owner of this V-TEC powered roadster taking on the quarter mile and leaving with a well earnt 14.43 @ 96.2MPH. Top Rotary of the Week  Top rotary of the week could go to no other than this Blue Mazda RX3, its exhaust was loud to say the least. But with big power to back up the racket this little coupe took home an 8.93 @ 149.2MPH! Top European of the Week  Talk about racing with class, our top euro of the week went to this beautiful Mercedes C83 AMG. Powered by a 6.3L V8 this German cruiser is no slouch, stopping the clock at 12.44 @ 112.0MPH. Commentators Pick of the Week  We’re not sure what’s hiding under the hood of this beautiful Camaro SS, but with big rubber tucked up under its wide hips its one to keep your eye on. It finished the night with an 11.89 @ 120.8MPH, earning our notable performance of the week. Race 4 Real is on every Wednesday night at Sydney Dragway, weather permitting.
