Default AU interior options? Changing interior

Has anyone changed interior colours? I own a series one Forte with the grey interior has marks and nicks from 20 years of serving a couple of families prior to my ownership and I am tossing up to update to black interior. Seats and trim are easy to change just things like dash etc

Main question is;

- can you change the centre radio surround to series 2/3 without changing dash is it simple has plug and play?

Yeah that’s what mine currently looks like without the clock, i feel the series two facia looks cleaner but after looking some posts on different forums I think I may have issues with heater controls etc.

Yes, you will have issues with heater controls etc.

I am not too sure about the clock wiring but the wiring for the clock should be there despite there not being a clock there from factory.

You could always paint it...

The lower piece under the steering column is a major job have to pull the entire dash out you could always put some grey and black into seats , door panels and tie the black in to the grey check out how they do house interiors look forward to your project
