Chrysler seem to be selling as many 300Cs as they can import, imagine what one of these would do to the local performance market.
Power: 425 horsepower at 6,200 rpm Torque: 420 lb-ft at 4,800 rpm Fuel economy: 14 mpg city/20 mpg highway‡ Regards, Tote

Yeah thats hot.
I love Chrysler's Retro work, its very 70's but they dont rely on making a carbon copy. I am a big fan of the black outs and sticker packages.

Apparently the new chargers have been criticised for being a sedan, but I reckon it is nice.

Thumbs up for the Challenger (but I'd rather have a modern Cuda), Thumbs down for the Charger.
Europe only get the 300C's not the Charger. The Charger was spun off the 300C so maybe it was too late in the model cycle to get RHD versions out of it (or not worth the $$$). Didn't Fiddy Cent get the first production Charger?

The charger at the top looks like it has "super bee" stickers. True to form the original super bee was fairly gaudy (in a tough way) but went like stink. The challenger was (and still is) the good looker. Bring them here chrysler, and I'll be able to afford a second hand one in ten years!

On the topic of retro's, I think the pick of the bunch has to be the new Camaro... I'd take it over the Challenger. Those headlights look awesome when they're on.

The Camaro is gorgeous.
Somehow it just won't be the same badged as a Holden Monaro. Lookout for a major eBay industry selling Chevy badges when it's released here. |

It looks nothing like a Monaro, and it will devalue the name. LOL...ive only just noticed the similarity between the Monaro and Camaro name..weird.

I love all 3 - Challenger, Charger and Camaro.
Camaro is confirmed for sale in Aus from 2009 onwards badged as a Chevy. I'd buy one in a heartbeat (I'd buy any of those cars).

at least the americans know how to make their cars SOUND.
I didnt think much of the chargers when i was at the auction in december, but DAMN, once you fire up the 6.1 and take it for a spin, it changes everything. Looks much better in black too ;) |
