Default Wednesday night drags W.A

Looking at heading down the drags next week and wondering how early to get there ?
Is it best to be there at 5 when they start or is it pretty quick to get checked over and get out there?

No harm in getting there at 5pm, I usually aim for 5.30 at the latest.

Got halfway there and my alternator died so didnt make it
Not sure if they would have let me race due to fuel cell and no fire wall behind seat
