Default New rear springs fitted!

Just thought I would let you all know, I have replaced my springs in the rear.

It originally was Kings Lows in the front and Kings Super Lows in the back. The supers had sagged to buggery and it was sitting lower in the back than in the front.

The supers had sagged SO bad that the top 5 coils were all compressed and touching when the car was EMPTY!

I now have lows all round and she's sitting awesome, it appears to me King got off their coiter and redesigned the Lows. It also appears that they are now making the coils thicker too. So now my car is level and more stiff in the rear.

That's all

Josh.

Drive up and get me? lol... make sure your moccasins don't get stuck.

I'll take a quick photo on my phone and post it up... doesn't really look different... rear wheels aren't sitting up inside the wheel arch anymore.

when it comes to clears... go with personal preference... there's plenty of people that don't like 'em on certain colour cars... there's some who don't like em at all.

Personally... I think they're nice... different. I love the original EF tail lights... but decided, what the hey and went and got a pair. only about $165 (not ebay either).

Josh.

The ride height looks good now, but sorry, I really hate the clear tailights.

Dezza... have you ever considered how clear tail lights feel about you? maybe they feel same way. :P

Yeah, ride height is nice... speed humps aren't an issue... and now the springs are nice and firm, I seem to have lost a bit of a knock I had in the driver's rear area.

?? Mate having the standard EF taillights is being different! Every Tom, Dick and Harry has the ugly looking clear taillights! Yep I'm not a fan of them either on any car or colour. But the old saying goes, 'Its your car'! ;)

As if those cheap looking things could think :P

I guess it is your car though, so each to their own. I just wish they never bought out the clear lights though because I've seen too many nice cars get ruined by them, but that is my personal opinion.

I like them cos they're a different sort of clear light. Most clear lights you can see big stupid a**e round amber/red/orange circles, like monaro lights and such. With these... they almost look entirely white/clear.

Mate, you AND me are hills dwellers... we all have moccasins. :P

Actually, I was considering going along with the whole "ricer wannabe homosexual" theme by getting blingy gear knob, a 3.5" dump tip fitted and chopping down my gear stick... j/k

Josh.

not being a fan of clear lights, i've gone the other way and swapped my clear headlights for a set of red ones.

Holden Cruze tail lights are interchangeable with ED XR8 headlights
