I would say because of the price. When has anyone picked up an XY GT for 25k and there is no reserve?

Worth noting that it is advertised in the US, with no VIN number shown either.

Whats the exchange rate again????

Now... with all the computer technology available and all the trails that are left whenever you do anything online why are these people not tracked down and jailed for a minimum of 10 years????

Wonder how many 10's of millions a year are lost to this sort of thing?

you need to report this ad to ebay asap and ebay needs to pull there finger out and take some pro-active ideas like emailing every bidder to inform them why its being dropped,so no one does a deal off ebay and lose their cash,
as it stands the ad will just dissapear with no explanation

Sadly eBay doesnt allow you to write down why you think the add is wrong.
You used to be able to type in a few words, but now all you can do is just select an item from the drop down menu. This is pathetic and shows that eBay really doesnt look into issues people report as you cant explain anything now when you report something.

But if a lot of users report the item it may get pulled.

We have already worked out that it's a fraud. Unless the one for sale for $125k is a scam on the cheap one??

...anyone seen this one in Oz before?

I had a look at the eBayer and although he has 84 sales he has been inactive for a few years.

My spider sensors are tingling.

I got the eBay link from a guy I know in Oklahoma City, OK who thought I would appreciate the vehicle. Small world, but when I saw it I was reminded of an earlier scam. Probably the same one as the first post.

I hope eBay stop it before someone loses some money..

Bruce

It has been removed either by the scammer or EBay.
