I was just talking to somebody on MSN about this before and now I'm curious to see what bands everybody on AFF has seen live.
I've seen, Marilyn Manson Korn Fear Factory Static X Slipknot System Of A Down Grinspoon Evermore I've seen a few others, but none worth mentioning! Last edited by FordGirl; 12-07-2005 at 05:58 PM. Reason: forgot one! |

Jebus, ummmm, there's a few Big Day outs under the belt so the list is way bigger than I can remember.
Metallica (awesome, god that night ruled!) The Living End (a couple of times, always great) Foo Fighters Grinspoon NOFX Unwritten Law Reel Big Fish SOAD Still hankering for Tool to come back, still ****ed off that whatever slim chance of a Pantera get together is gone :( |

When I was really into heavy metal I saw TOOL and Hatebreed, both of which were bloody awesome. I couldn't listen to either of them now, my tastes have changed dramatically in the last few years.
Last concert I went to was Pink Floyd Experience which is just amazing. Really, really amazing. I also went to see Acca Dacca (an AC/DC tribute band) in a bar a few weeks ago, they are excellent. The singer sounds alot like Bon Scott and the guy who plays Angus is awesome. |

wow ford girl youve seen like everyband i like. the only concert ive been to was the 04 big day out where i saw metallica, they were the ultimate best there, they were awsome i loved it! all the other bands were average but.
i wish i saw this years big day out: Slipknot!!, System of a down!! god i wish i was there. what a pity about Pantera hey, ive only just got into them after the legend dimebag was shot (i am only sixteen) so ive only started to get into that music in the past 2 years. Does anyone have any idea who will be at the big day out next year??? hope there some good heavy metal bands that would be awsome!!! i say have a slipknot and SOAD encore!

Sh!t! Nice work Feathers!
BDO this year was pretty awesome, I was in the D-Barrier from John Butler Trio, saw Grinspoon, Slipknot & half of SOAD in there (left SOAD halfway through to FIND WATER and see Hatebreed). It was absolutely awesome. The best was Manson though. |

Deftones
Korn Fear Factory Soulfly SOAD Queens of the Stone Age Slipknot Tool is on the must see list as the last gig was supposed to be f'ing awesome. Not seeing Pantera when I had the chance is the biggest regret of my life. Still mourning the tragic loss of Dimebag. |
