Me and the Ms are heading to Port Mac next Monday stayin for 4 nights (looking for jobs and somewhere to live) because we wanna move there. If anyone is interested in a meet or a chat at local watering hole (where ever that is lol) just drop me a PM before monday. we are staying a Motel Mid pacific, you will see the TE in the car park :yeees:

Never notice ppl posting from Port, I think XR8Fella is Coffs.
Good luck finding work up there, great place but getting very busy. If you are in the motor game Meidecke Ford on Hastings River Rd could be worth a look. Anyway good luck

Were actually staying a bit south of Port ..... down at Camden Head I think its called. We have a Suprise 60th to attend on the Saturday night & thought it would be great for a family holiday.
My parents (bob65) are there already ..... Its great to think they have packed the van & boat & are just crusing around the coast for we have no idea how long :P |

Port is an awesome place.
The rest of my family lives in port, but parents are in the states for 6 weeks and brothers have come down here to stay for a few weeks. So beautiful, so laid back, such a temperate climate. Never hot hot or cold, always just nice. I'd move there in a flash if i didn't have so many friends, family and good work here. Top place, top people, you'll enjoy it. |
