Default Air Force One & Ford Falcon - Cool Photo

When in Australia, Obama prefers Ford.

yes, i know this was taken at brisbane airport and obama never came to brisbane, but it's a super cool photo nonetheless.

yeah cool pic, but you should know thats not Air Force One but a support plane probably carrying cars or cargo only.

This is Air Force one, note the windows and Presidential seal as well as paintwork.

actually looking at the pod on the roof of the plane I wonder if this is not a weapons platform designed to escort AF1?

it would blend in far better than a AC130 and does not have to refuel as often as F22s

Correct.....

Air Force One is whatever Air Force aircraft the President is in at the time.

When he is in a Marine Helicopter it carries the designation Marine One.

It is a an operational designation not an actual piece of equipment.

The pilots used to have to wear an eyepatch over one eye, in case of a sudden nuclear flash, so that at least one eye could still be used if the other was blinded.

This was replaced by goggles that instantly tinted the second a nuclear flash occured.
