Going off those numbers Falcon has risen from 5th (2008) to 3rd (2009).

Market decreased 39% in Feb (decreased by 30% in Jan).

Falcon sales decreased by 4% from 174 to 166.
Commodore decreased by a whopping 60% from 481 to 196.
Corolla decreased by huge 50% from 433 to 219.

Mazda6 was one of few to increase sales by 19% from 114 to 135.

Fords market share is increasing as it did after the launch of FG!

FG is a great car irrespective of whether it looks too similar to BF or not. People will hopefuly recognize this and jump on board. It seems NZ'rs aren't as blinded by the Holden bulldust as us aussies are.
